QUEENSLAND SMALL BUSINESS GRANTS
| The Queensland Government has announced three new small business grants programs worth $25 million over two years. |
- Business Basics grants of up to $5,000 each, supports new and emerging businesses to increase core capabilities and adopt current best practice. Applications to open on May 31, 2021.
- Business Boost grants of up to $15,000 will help small businesses to improve their efficiency and productivity through organisational development and upgrades through automated software and CRM systems. Grants can be used for website development and upgrades, strategic marketing, training and coaching, advisory services and planning for business continuity and succession. Applications to open late July 2021.

BACK TO WORK
Through the Back to Work program, your business could be eligible for payments of up to $20,000 if you hire eligible jobseekers, apprentices and trainees in regional Queensland and in selected areas of South East Queensland. https://backtowork.initiatives.qld.gov.au/
BUSINESS LAUNCHPAD
Save time and effort when starting your small business by using the Business Launchpad, a new digital tool that makes it easier to discover licences, permits and regulatory information tailored to your business needs. In this first release, you can use the tool for starting a food and beverage or residential construction business within Logan and Townsville City Council areas. Visit Business Launchpad
